Services. Aura Care Services provides Personal Care, Companion Care, Transportation Assistance, Medication Reminders, Meal Preparation, Housekeeping and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Aura Care Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Aura Care Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Care Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Aura Care Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Care Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
